Chris spent 20+ years at The Charles Schwab Corporation, including 8 years as Chief Financial Officer and 15+ years overseeing Mergers & Acquisitions. Since leaving The Charles Schwab Corporation, he has worked as a Senior Advisor to various Private Equity firms, including TPG, The Carlyle Group, and The Cynosure Group. He has an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. in Management from Clemson University. 

Andrew W. Dodds, CFA®, M.B.A.

Co-Founder & Managing Member

Prior to founding Crown Oak Advisors, Andrew worked at Dodge & Cox as a Research Associate covering the consumer staple, construction material, and toy industries. He has an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and History from Claremont McKenna College. He is a CFA® charterholder.
